For help with problem diagnosis and resolution, please follow these instructions.
- Contact Dynalab technical support to determine if the problem can
be solved at your facility or with the purchase of a replacement part.
If not, an RMA number will be assigned to return the product.
- Print out and complete the RMA

- Once the product is received, Dynalab will assess the problem and
cost to repair the product. We will then contact you with this information.
This typically takes 1 to 4 days.
- If the product is within the warranty period, the product will be
returned immediately. If not, the product will be shipped the day after
we receive your purchase order.
