Product Troubleshooting and Repair
For help with problem diagnosis and resolution, please follow these instructions.
  1. Contact Dynalab technical support to determine if the problem can be solved at your facility or with the purchase of a replacement part. If not, an RMA number will be assigned to return the product.
  2. Print out and complete the RMA Return Form, then send the form and product to:

  3. Once the product is received, Dynalab will assess the problem and cost to repair the product. We will then contact you with this information. This typically takes 1 to 4 days.
  4. If the product is within the warranty period, the product will be returned immediately. If not, the product will be shipped the day after we receive your purchase order.
